  • Entrusted with full operations of branch banking – this includes, but was not limited to: Teller work, Sales, Vault Management, Employee Supervision, New Accounts, Customer Service, and Consumer Lending
  • Supervised and oversaw all non-management level staff in their day to day operations, goals, production, processes, and decision making
  • Applied for and received promotional position that involved the individualized training of all area 'new-hires' (Mentor) and engaging in permanent ongoing support
  • Consistently meet and maintain personal and corporate sales goals through a combination of office new customer sales, existing client up-sales, and out of office business calls
  • Performed account openings of new checking, savings, IRA, and Certificate of Deposit accounts and processed the finalizing and filing of all associated paperwork
  • Input, analyzed, and completed all aspects consumer loan applications, 2nd mortgages, Bridge and Lot loans (this includes limitations that allowed me to either approve, deny, or make recommendations to these loans based on my own discretion)
  • Promoted professional environment in dress, actions, and attitude and supported that environment by establishing deep personal rapport with established customers
  • Promotions included from CSR, to CSR1, CSR2, Financial Center Supervisor, and CSR Mentor
  • Successfully retained bank assets in the face of an armed robbery by adhering to company policies and administering the use of dye packs and bait money
  • Served as Notary Public
